As we continue to explore the three states and changes of matter, today in Grade 7 we watched our water molecules dance. Each team started out with 4 ice cubes, a beaker and a hot plate. We watched the temperature climb as our ice became water, and finally steam; proving that even watching water boil is fun when you are in the Science Lab 😉
